Aquaplus ISB Series Split Case Pumps feature high operating reliability, low maintenance costs and service-friendly design. They are primarily used for handling pure, raw and waste water.

The Aquaplus PC Series range of pumps is available in a range of versions, sizes and materials to suit a variety of applications. PC Series pumps can pump almost anything from water to shear-sensitive fluids to viscous, corrosive, abrasive and solid-laden fluids.

N Range

The industrial N Range is the ideal pump for arduous and demanding applications. Made of heavy duty construction and utilising a solid shaft with double sealed universal joints the pumps offer high reliability and long service life. Standard pumps are designed to work against differential pressure of up to 24 bars.

W Range

The widethroat W Range is designed to handle highly viscous fluids with viscosity up to 1,000,000 cp. It has a standard open throat hopper and an auger assembly which steadily conveys heavy material from the open throat to the rotor/stator elements. The pumps are run at relatively low speeds which facilitates handling of difficult to flow and shear sensitive products with minimal damage.

F Range

The hygienic F Range of pumps is specifically developed for the food, pharmaceutical and hygienic industries where product integrity is critical. All metallic parts in contact with the fluid are in smooth finish stainless steel. The pump is designed to eliminate any retaining pockets which can cause product contamination. All sizes are available with CIP options. The pumps have open universal joints for fluid having good lubricating properties, while for non-lubricating fluids the pumps are supplied with fail-safe double sealed universal joints jacked with non toxic lubricant.

The advantages of the operating principle of the Aquaplus HP Series peristaltic pumps lie in their simplicity.

A tubular element of the precise dimensions, made of various types of elastomer or thermoplastic is house in the pump body.

When this tubular element in compressed by the rotary action of the rotor and its corresponding rollers or shoes, it recovers its initial shape creating a vacuum which draws the fluid.

The fluid flows into the cavity formed by the rollers that press the tube and is gently pushed to the outlet by the following roller.

The Aquaplus ESI Series is available in both a Heavy Duty Bare Shaft Pump and a Standard Duty Bare Shaft Pump, both fully compliant to the international standards of ISO 2858 and ISO 5199.

The Aquaplus SD Series 415V pumps are used exclusively in applications such as construction dewatering and sump drainage. Aquaplus Submersible Dewatering Pumps are designed for continuous unattended operation.

Aquaplus SDA Series 415V pumps are used extensively in applications such as construction dewatering and sump drainage. SDA Series pumps are designed for continuous unattended operation.

Aquaplus SDB 240V pumps are small robust dewatering pumps ideal for professional use in applications such as construction sites and site drainage. SDB pumps are designed for continuous unattended operation. Manual and automatic (with float) versions are available.

Aquaplus SDG Series 240V pumps are suitable for applications such as sea water, cellar or basement drainage, storm water drainage, pool circulation or aquaculture.

Aquaplus SDL Series 415V pumps are used in applications such as general construction works, civil engineering, deep well applications and mine site dewatering.

The Aquaplus cartridge seal is a robust, general purpose, bi-directional, multi-spring cartridge mechanical seal designed for the sealing requirements of rotary shaft equipment.

The seal is an hydraulically balanced cartridge seal with protected multi-springs and operates with cooler running faces, longer life and at higher temperatures.
